Description

We specialize in literary first editions, especially women authors, 19th and 20th century reform movements, especially suffrage and temperance, as well as 20th century book arts. We have a large inventory of contemporary private press books, including Vincent FitzGerald, Press of the Sea Turtle (formerly Cheloniidae Press), Red Angel Press, as well as bindings by the finest artists working today, such as Donald Glaister and Jill Tarlau. We stock many artist's books, including unique items by Suzanne Moore and Nancy Leavitt, as well as the limited editions of Lois Morrison, Sarah Peter, Roni Gross, Judith Rothchild, among others. We are members of the ABAA and ILAB and exhibit at their book fairs. We issue catalogues and our shop is open by appointment. If you have a particular want, please let us know.

All books are subject to prior sale. Payment should accompany order unless credit has been established. MasterCard and Visa accepted. MA residents please add 5% sales tax. Institutions may receive deferred billing. Posting is additional: $7.50 for the first item and $3.00 for each item thereafter. All items are guaranteed as described and may be returned for any reason, with notice, within seven days of receipt.
